The Lions Head: The Lion and the Sorceress – S.H. Steele
I absolutely loved this book. I finished it in one sitting and let me tell you, I’m obsessed. I was hooked by the first line and I couldn’t put it down. My eyes were glued to the page.

This was such a fun story! After the ending of the last book – The Lion and the Red Glove – I was definitely curious to see how River would deal with defeating the enemy of this series and I was super surprised with everything that was going on!
After reading Project Chimera’s insane story of beating Orthrus and taking back Director Hunter, I was super excited to read this spin-off series that follows River and his new human companions as he trains them to go on missions for Nexus.
Okay, so I loved this series so I’m going to do a review of all of the books. I’ll link all the books to their titles too if you want more detailed reviews of each!
Wow. Just wow. How is it possible that I fell in love with these characters in a matter of sentences? This final installment in the series just blew my mind.
This series is addicting! I can’t stop and this book was such a cool addition.
Since I spent most of my reading last week for reviews and ARCs, I figured I’d come up with a TBR of books that I’ve been really wanting to read for a while.
First of all, I’d like to thank Algonquin Young Readers for giving me a copy of this amazing book in exchange for an honest review. It was such an interesting story that had me reading with any spare second I had. The story was so different from anything I’d usually read, but I have to say that I really liked it!
New Moon was a completely different experience reading the book than watching the movie. I actually really enjoyed this book, whereas this was my least favorite movie. I feel like this book is a lot more significant than I expected it to be, and it wasn’t just a filler for the storyline to continue.
This was so amazing! I loved following Clark as he shows us a little insight into his life and where he comes from. It was so cool seeing his point of view of his teammates and their supposedly dead leader, Director Hunter.
